5-Day Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Intensive with Paulette Grotrian, M. A. 

     Mar 27 thru 31 / 9:30 am-3:30 pm with a break for lunch

This 5-Day MBSR Intensive is based on the longer version of the nationally and internationally acclaimed stress reduction program known as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). This 5-Day MBSR Intensive provides you with training and practice in the key components of the longer program. It is highly experiential, participatory, and supportive. Sessions incorporate meditation, gentle stretching, group discussion, and the latest in neurobiological research to educate participants in time tested and effective methods of mindfulness practice which have proven beneficial for people with stress, anxiety, chronic pain, sleep disruption, high blood pressure, and may other conditions. 

However, this intensive is not only for people with health-related concerns. It is also beneficial for people desiring to improve professional, academic, or athletic performance, interpersonal connections, and for anyone who seeks a more wholesome and positive way to experience life. 

Fees: $500 for 5-day intensive, includes recordings of guided meditations, all-day retreat, and notebook. Repeat participants $300 / $50 non-refundable deposit will hold your space. Easy payment plans available.

Mindfulness Foundations with Angela Tarquini-Sanders

     Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:30 am / April 2 thru April 23

4-Week Mindfulness Foundations is a beginner mindfulness meditation course that combines scientific research, proven mindfulness techniques, engaging exercises and support materials to help you realize the benefits of a mindfulness practice in your life. This series is also great for anyone wanting to "refresh" their meditation practice.

Over the 4 weeks, you will develop transformative, lifelong skills to help you:

  • Slow down the constant mind chatter and create space for peace, calm and a new perspective.
  • Connect with the present moment and be okay with whatever is happening with acceptance and without judgment.
  • Focus your mind to gain greater clarity and increase productivity.
  • Notice how your thoughts and feelings affect outcomes in your life.

Fee$250 includes four consecutive 90-minute classes and supporting materials.
