Mindfulness Foundations

Mindfulness Foundations is an established and 5-star reviewed 4-week mindfulness training course designed for beginners. It combines decades of scientific research, formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices, discussion of mindfulness concepts along with engaging activities and support materials to help you realize the benefits of a mindfulness meditation practice.

Mindful Self-Compassion

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported 8-week course designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion with which we can work with difficult emotions. The inner critic’s voice can often rob us of our self-confidence and inner peace. Participants learn to respond to difficult moments with kindness, understanding, and self-care. This powerful tool helps us develop emotional resilience and enhances emotional well-being.
