Madeline Ebelini founded Integrative Mindfulness in 2011. She is a meditation teacher certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) by the Center for Mindfulness at U. C. San Diego’s School of Medicine. She is also a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher. She holds a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado where her graduate work explored mindfulness as the context for growth-fostering relationships, healing community, and integral transformative practice. She is also trained in other mindfulness-based interventions including Mindful-Self Compassion (MSC) and Mindful Eating Conscious Living (MECL). She is a member of the teaching faculty at eMindful where she delivers live web-based guided meditations and mindfulness-based programs for stress reduction and weight management. Madeline practices meditation every day and attends extended silent meditation retreats. Madeline teaches Candlelight Yoga & Meditation, and will offer the Soma & Psyche™  program beginning in January 2020.

Angela Tarquini-Sanders
Mindfulness Teacher

Guest teacher, and Founder of Mindful Mindz, Angela Tarquini-Sanders is dedicated to delivering engaging and effective programs to help individuals experience the benefits of mindfulness and a positive mindset in their daily lives. As a former marketing consultant in the healthcare industry and a mother of three, Angela experienced first-hand the effects that stress can have on health and emotional well-being, In her search for balance, increased energy and focus, Angela discovered the transformative benefits of mindfulness.

Angela has spent the last 15 years studying and cultivating a solid mindfulness practice. She has deepened and broadened her skills through training with Mindful Schools K-12 Teacher Training, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-Week program and Positive Psychology Certificate from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She stays current and relevant by participating in workshops and retreats with renowned teachers in the fields of mindfulness and positive psychology.

Today she is thrilled to take her knowledge of mindfulness, meditation and positive psychology along with her healthcare experience and passion for greater well-being to create innovative workshops and courses to help others improve their life experience. Paulette Grotrian, MA
Mindfulness Teacher

Paulette teaches Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) in Florida and Michigan. She conducts Days of Mindfulness retreats and leads a weekly drop-in meditation group at Bonita Bay during the winter season. Paulette began teaching Mindful Self-Compassion in 2016, after training with psychologist Christopher Germer, Ph.D. and researcher Kristen Neff, Ph.D., developers of the MSC program, at the University of California at San Diego Medical School. She has taught MBSR since 2010 after training with MBSR founder Jon Kabat-Zinn and colleagues at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Paulette, an experienced meditator and teacher, is also a founding member of Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Lizz Cohoon
Yoga Teacher

Lizz Cohoon is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Crystal Bowl Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Channel. Lizz believes we all have the capacity and possibility to transform our lives into a happier, balanced and aligned way of being through the support of one another and using the practices that resonate.

As a yoga teacher, Lizz’s yoga classes are uplifting and encourage students to listen to their bodies and trust in their inner knowing. Her intention for every class is to integrate the spiritual experience into the physical world through breath, movement and mantra. At the end of an experience with Lizz, students feel elevated and empowered with a deeper knowledge of the practice and themselves. As a long-time practitioner of yoga, she believes in the transformative power of a daily yoga and meditation practice.

Lizz has taught over 500-hours of yoga classes and workshops. She has completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Power Vinyasa. And she has taken the KRI 220-Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification. Recently, Lizz took her first module of the Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Training on Authentic Relationships. Also Lizz continued her education by completing yoga trainings in Yin, Restorative, Therapeutic and Children’s Yoga.
