A lucky thing that happened to me about twelve years ago. My friend invited me to my first yoga class and there a small (huge!) miracle happened.
I discovered I could quiet my anxious mind. I also learned that you and I are not alone in our anxiety and stress.

The process of self-healing and transformation through mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation lead to the realization that we are part of something vast and powerful.

As we do the work of healing our own inner stress and wounding, we grow and feel our interconnection with others and the world.

We begin to feel it and see it in the mirror and in the eyes of others.

This energy is motivational & keeps us practicing, discovering ourselves, curious.
It opens new doors we couldn’t see from inside our previous, small, isolated, reactive mind.
